Hotel Question?>?>?

Hi Ladies,

So Fi and I want to book the hotel this week, but he wants to visit the hotel and see rooms before we book it. I was wondering do hotels do that or is he in over his head? Sometimes Fi can be a little bit of a groomzilla...  TIA

They let you if the room is available

Are you looking into rooms for your hotel block or for your wedding night? Either way, I wouldn't think they would have an issue if you told them that you wanted to scope out a room or two before you booked.

If you want to block rooms I would think that they would show you if they had any availability.

I'm assuming they'd do the same thing if you're just booking for yourselves. I'd also check reviews of the hotel and find pictures online!

My FI was the same way and thought he was acting a little crazy. We went and they showed us their suites and were really nice. HTH

Since its the holidays I would call before you go to see if they have a best time. Sometimes the sales team who show the rooms are off for the holidays and its hard for a front desk manager to step away.

I work for a hotel and YES we do show rooms, what we don't do is promise a particular room, just show you a room type. On weekends ask for a manager on duty and someone will help you.
