Key West - Westin vs Ocean Key Resort

My FI and I are looking at getting married in Key West and want to book a venue before we go down.  We have narrowed it down to the Westin or Ocean Key Resort - does anyone have a reason to go with one over the other?  I've heard that cruise ships often dock at the Westin - does this happen at Ocean Key?  Price is also an issue for us so any tips would help us out!

I am getting married at the Ocean Key next weekend, but we looked at both resorts. We chose Ocean Key because the pier area was more private at OK, as well as the sunset can't be blocked by a cruise ship as you said. Overall the pricing and food options were pretty comparable at both, I just loved the OK!! Hope that helps!

Yes def helps - I would hate a cruise ship on my wedding day plus I love Stephanie at OK so I am leaning towards that.
