It took waaaaaaay too long to get back home from NY. We stopped in MD to change wiper blades and then again 2 hours later only to find out my mom left her wallet back in MD! AHHHHHHH! LUCKILY, the truck stop found her wallet.. so we had to drive back. Yeaaaaaaaaa an extra 240 miles!!!! On top of that, my mom started getting car sick and we had to keep pulling over so she could "ya know". I was in the car driving for over 30 hours.. which is just INSANE! And I'm expected to work tomorrow? HA! Never gonna happen.
As for my cousin's funeral... as some of you read... it's just not right seeing a 34/yr old in a casket. Not right at all! It was nice seeing family and spending time with friends, but unfortunately it had to be because of this! BAH HUMBUG!
All I can really say.. to those who are pregnant or plan to get pregnant... please stay on top of how you're feeling and all of your doctor appointments. If you or the dr think there may be a problem, don't put it off... be proactive, ask questions, push for earlier appointments.
