So its been 50 days since I said "I do" and I've stopped working out and watching what I eat. Lets just say I gained a bit.
10 days ago I decided to join the 90 Day Challenge and do something about it. So far I've dropped 3 pounds just by replacing my breakfast with a "shake mix that tastes like cake mix"! I can't tell you how good it feels to know that its working! I am actually motivated to go back to the gym - starting tonight! I cannot wait to see the results.
