So this past weekend I was finally able to do something for the wedding! I had kinda stopped planning because school work was so overwhelming, but it has died down and I am so excited again! My mom and I met with the florist on Saturday and we went out looking for centerpiece ideas. (Our florist is a friend of my mom's and she is also helping us set everything at the reception and ceremony up) We decided on candles for our centerpieces! We found a great vase to put it in. We bought one vase, so we could play around with ideas, because I have no idea how I want it to look! We had trouble finding a candle to fit into the vase because it is kind of wide. The florist talked to my mom today and she found candles for us and she also found these red jewel things I wanted to spread around the centerpieces! (I have been looking for these for a while now!)
My other check is that I found the favor we will be making! We got small clear votive candle holders. We also got those small drawstring bags in ivory. We are going to put red M&M's inside the bags and then a label on the outside of the candle holder!
I am excited to have my first real checks after booking all of the major stuff for the wedding! Thanks for letting me share girls!
