Does $3k sound like too much for all this...

2. All flowers (centerpieces, sign in tables, cocktail tables, church alter,  bouquets, bouts for guys, flower girls, etc.)
3. Saxaphone player during cocktail hour
4. Cake stand rental
5. Transportation

    Sounds like a good deal to me BUT I haven't booked a ton of my vendors yet. Hopefully the girls who have more booked can give you a better idea!

    Yeah just my flowers alone are $2,000 and thats a pretty good deal I'm getting on flowers. So yeah I'd say that's pretty cheap. If it's not too good to be true I'd say sweet.

    That's sounds fair to me. I don't know how many centerpieces and bouquets, etc., but like the PPs said, flowers alone can run about $2K.

    You are only having 60 people so just about 6 centerpieces (1 per 10 ppl tables), I still think its cutting it close. 

    I'm giving the average prices I have been quoted so some ladies may have better or more expensive pricing.

    *Average $120 per centerpiece -- $720 plus all the other flowers needed I would guess no more than $1500.  (My flowers are callas, peonies, tulips, and orchids because the type of flower you use makes a difference on pricing too)
    *Saxaphone  ---  I'm guessing $200 let's round up to $300 (I know a jazz guitar that would do it for less)
    *DOC -- $500
    *Cake Stand -- If its what I am thinking of you can buy from other knotties for $50
    *Transportation -- Rolls Royce $500  (not quoted yet!)

    trust me, that's a great deal.  My flowers alone are twice that quote.
