Hey Girls, I haven't been posting much but I wanted to do a rave on the gym I am going to
www.indomiami.comI bought a deal on groupon for $49 for a one month membership to Indo Miami which is located in Aventura, they are one of the few gyms in SoFla that have the real ryder bikes (the ones that move to the side), and I am in love, I could never commit to working out, eating well, or sticking to a membership so when its been three weeks and I am working out 5-6 days a week I am so proud of myself lol, I lost so far 3 pounds which isnt much in two weeks but all my legs are toned and my arms are starting to show. The gym is almost like a private gym, the instructors are great and the classes are small, so if you get lucky you might catch a class with only 2-3 people which is almost like a private session with a PT. They give out free water, you get a towel for your workout, and there is no contract or deposit.
Ernesto the owner is super nice and accomdates to you, and he told me he would honor the $49 deal to anyone, and you girls can also try out a free class to see if you like it. Oh one thing I didn't mention is that the groupon deal didn't close (they did very well in living social the same deal for 79) so he still honored it so I thought that was nice.
