Gym in Ft. Lauderdale?

So I'm planning to move very soon in with my FI who lives in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. I've been looking for a big gym nearby and can't seem to find a decent one. I will be working in Hallandale, 2 blocks from 95. In Miami, I've been going to 24 Hour Fitness. Sometimes I like using the equipment, other times I like taking classes. I like a big gym that has a lot of variety! So far I'm not having any luck finding a gym like this in a location that would be convenient. Ideally it would be great to find one between Hallandale and Ft. Lauderdale. Does anyone know of any?? It surprises me that it's so difficult.

    I used to be at 24 Hour Fitness too, in West Palm Beach, and I loved it. When I moved an hour north to my fiance's town they didn't have one so I joined LA Fitness. Not sure if there's one of those near you, but if you can find one go for it. I think 24 Hour Fitness has better circuit training equiptment (medicine balls, resistance tubing, foam rollers, etc) but if you're looking for machines and classes, LA is amazing. The two I go to are both 2 stories and have more cardio and classes then you could ever need.
