Mari got it as a special favor. She is in an elite group. We all envy her!

What is an elite group?  Is there anyway I can rent the mansion also?

I looked around at mansions and many of the companies told me I can only book 5 months or so prior to the date.  The reason being some of the homes are on sale, some foreclosed, so sometimes, the homes don't last a full year.
