Difference in quality?

Hi ladies, Is there a difference in quality if I find the same tungsten wedding band for a different price?? I found the wedding band My hubby wants cheaper online rather than the mall...Is there really a difference?

    I found a ton on Overstock, all different styles. From what I had heard, there isn't really a different in quality for Tungsten. Other metals are a different story though.
