Since being home I noticed I am not on the knot as much, probably b/c I am super busy with things but I miss you all!! Hope everyone had Happy Holidays the past couple weeks.

So here is my overdue review on my e-pics we took last Monday. We had them done in Melbourne. I picked pictures I liked on my photogs blog and site and asked where they were, they were taken downtown historic Melbourne, so we took them there and on the intercoastal. I thought I was going to freeze my butt off, but I didn't it felt amazing outside.
The photog was my photogs father (they are in the business together) He was awesome to work with and very nice, and patient. He has awesome ideas and showed us the pictures on his camera after he took them. We both were very please with him. I am excited to see how they actually come out seeing the proofs and on a slideshow.
as you all know or most of you, I posted something on here wondering what to do, and I spoke to my photog today and figured out what i can do. My package I paid for includes unlimited hours, photos, coffee table book, optimizing and editing all pics, 4x6 proofs of all the pictures, and I get the rights to all my pictures on discs, and I also was able to choose a $500 free gift which is where I chose the engagement session which comes with $500 shopping spree on prints from them. Well I was under the assumption my e-pics would be free rights to them as well. (i thought my photog just did that with all her packages seeing as her lowest packages starts out at $6k, which btw I did not pay that b/c I was able to get a special with her when I booked.)
So the situation now lies as I will get my proof sheets as well as a cd slideshow and I will decide from there if I absolutely love them if I will pay the additional $500 for the rights to my pics along with 3 print from disc discs. So I will keep you all updated as to whether I decide to do it or not. I should have my pics by the 2nd or 3rd week the latest in January.
cant wait. So overall I was pleased with the shoot and hope they came out nice.
My Makeup artist that did my make-up that day was awesome. Her name is Melinda, and she works at the MAC Store at the Gardens mall. She is a sweetheart, very professional and listens to what you want. She did a great job on my make-up and I decided I will use her for my wedding day too.
