I wanted to pass on this information in case anyone is looking for a job or career in education. The school I substitute teach at will soon have an opening for a math teacher for middle/high school. It's an all girls school and is year round.
You'll definitely need some good math skills through Algebra II and some understanding of pre-calculus, but you do NOT need a teaching certificate. The school will work with you to help you obtain a letter of eligibility/teaching certificate if they feel you will be a good fit.
