Lol, thought about it and it was veto-ed by the FI!
  • edited December 2011
lol, I think my FI will throw a fit... although usually when I am stressed I dont really "get in the mood" so by default I will probably say no! 11 months until the wedding, and with the stress, that means FI will probably be screwed as of tomorrow lmao

haha I would like to say yes.. but FI also kinda veto'd it when I mentioned it.. But I was thinking like 2 weeks or something.. which like PP will prob be fine since I will be stressed and not want to anyway.

Definitely not happening! FI wouldn't stand for it and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be a happy camper either, haha.

We are, but not for "traditional" reasons. I told him that I didn't want to have sex for the fear of getting pregnant and then not being able to fit in my dress. (TMI alert!!!) So we are just taking "care" of eachother. That way he gets his needs met and I get mine with out the fear of pregnancy. Lol

We did. It probably sounds ridiculous to most people. But we were "active" for our whole relationship, but then got very active in our church and just felt guilty because we knew what we were doing was wrong. So about 6 months before the wedding we stopped. We DID have a few slip ups around the holidays. It was REALLY hard. But it was for our own reasons.

We did/are! It is KILLING FI (I'm to stressed to even go down that road) but we are staying strong! But he is counting down the days to our big day for reasons soooo different from mine! And I was threatened that if I tried to pull the whole "I'm so tired" on the night of our wedding he would get an annulment! Haha! And crazy enough, this was actually his idea!

We are not....That second virginity ship has sailed so why would I even put my Fiance and myself thru that for the sake of feeling shiny and new again? I have nothing against those who are doing/did it but it is not for us....

Its not even about feeling shiny or new for us, it was just a way for us to have something to really look forward to and anticipate on our wedding night. I don't think it is for everyone, but we have a couple we are very close to that did it and totally recommended it, saying it revitalized that area of their relationship and made it really special for them the night of (and the honeymoon was that much more fun!)

Ok that's fine but I expressed my thoughts on it as everyone else here has done. Some may agree and some may not but it is just not for us....

We actually stopped about a year ago, even before we got engaged! It has been killing him, but now since we are getting closer to the big day, we are still staying true to that and not doing it till the wedding night! :)

lol wow a lot of response. I told FI he wasn't getting any a month before the wedding and it was for that feeling too, kind of to look forward to something else and so it wouldn't feel like just another night of it. Of course he said no, and I just let him think what he wanted. Well it didn't really work out, but it's going to be about 3 weeks instead of a month lol. Hopefully he doesn't trick me into it again. The good thing (TMI) I got my period last weekend so that has put a halt to it. And I've been so stressed lately and busy that there is no time either, and so has he. We don't live together and we don't sleep over each others house so that makes it easy too. But let me tell you I am so glad I got my period a little late cause I was scheduled ot have it on our HM!!! That would have sucked!!!

I forgot to add- we didnt live together before we were married. So that helped a lot. we stopped all slumber parties. It got to the point where we HAD to be in public or we were going to go at it. Ha!. Not easy!
