We booked Ana Paz for our cake tonight after a great tasting!!!
Initially I wasn't even going to try her based on mixed reviews but when I wasn't happy with Eddas or Divine Delicacies I decided to maybe give her a try.
Then I tasted her cake at Amy's wedding and it was really good so we made an appointment.
An older knottie Leah (Leah&Mike) told me that Ana Paz does tastings at the Renaissance Hotel in Planation 2 times a month and said it's a great chance to sit down with Ana herself to discuss the design so we went.
The cake was amazing. So yummy. Couldn't figure out which flavors to go with!
We tasted the Lemon, Red Velvet, Chocolate and Vanilla and they were all delicious. Lemon was my favorite!
In the end we went with Red Velvet, Lemon, Chocolate and then Lemon on the top for our anniversary cake and I'm so excited!
Now I just have to hope it looks good and tastes that good on our wedding day and we're golden!
If you're looking into cake vendors, I recommend doing a tasting with her!
