I need advise on flowers and cost

Good evening girls, I went this afternoon to Design by Elsa and receive a quote of $200.00 per centerpiece. I am a little disappointed at the price and I was wondering what kind of quotes you girls we getting out there. I have attached am image below of the centerpiece I told her I wanted…what do you guys think? Is it too much or am I being unreasonable? I feel lost with this…. Thanks in advance for your help.

I can't see very well what it is. But what really matters is what kind of flowers, because if its just roses or hydrangeas, yea $200 is CRAZY. I think you can shop around. How many tables are you having? My florist has packages for $1100 for 10 CP's, short or tall, 3 BM bouquets, 3 bouts, 2 altar arrangements, FG petals, flowers for cake, Bride bouquet groom bout and 2 corsages. Flowers by Carol.

In her quote she didn't specify flowers.....and i am having 15 tables. I will give Flowers by Carol a call. Thanks. =D

it always varies based on type of flower and how much/how big the centerpieces are. I can't really tell from the pic - but it almost looks like there are three centerpieces there - a big and two small in some fancy vases plus a bunch of small stuff all around on the table (candles, petals? can't really tell). If you really want 3 vases of flowers, I can see how it could reach $200 but it doesn't hurt to shop around and get other prices to compare. Good luck.

It think you should shop around a little more,

Im using Nevot flower design ( located near the Miami International Airport) and I was quoted a lot less for pieces including mixes of hydrangeas, callas and roses.

Check out Gil Sosa... he's amazing and will work with your budget. If this is waaay out of your budget, he'll suggest alternatives or a less expensive way of making it. Howeverrrrrrr, from the look of the glass pieces that hold up those arrangements, that could be the priciest part of it!!
