Beach wedding- Help??

My planner is awesome and he has designed really unbelivable stuff for our ceremony but I as sooo nervous about raian.

Can anybody give me advice on a beach wedding?

    I am having a beach wedding in JULY!!!! I know I am crazy!!!! However, we are starting the ceremony at 6p,mainly because the rainshowers in south florida happen earlier in the afternoon!

    Will your reception be at a hotel? Because you can ask them for a rain plan. Our reception is a few blocks away at the Shane Center, so our back up plan will be to turn 1 of our 3 rooms into the ceremony space. What time of the year is your big day?

    Yes we are at the "W" in Southbeach the rain backup is in half the ballroom but the problem is we can only fir about 8 tables in half the ballroom and we need 10 (so we need the entire ballroom) they want to use the other half as ceremony backup. I kno w my designer will make it work but I just wish I had hired my planner before signing, it is the first thing he told me - I love him!!! they have no other backup area.

    May...back up plan to have it inside in reception room - but I hope not!
