Bridal shower venues/locations

Hello Beautiful Brides..

Im looking for some ideas for affordable venues in the Fort Lauderdale area for a Bridal Shower? I have about 30 invites and I would like to have it in a country club or maybe a wine bar (not sure if thats enought space). I love to hear any additional ideas, thank you so much ladies!

    McDivot's at the Carolina Club has a nice Sunday brunch for $17.95/pp and also has a provate room that holds up to 40 where you could have a luncheon.

    I went to a bridal shower at the Hampton Inn Fort Lauderdale Downtown City Center (http://www.hamptoninnfortlauderdale.com/) and it was very nice. They have a brand new bar and a conference room close by that give you all the privacy for those sometimes embarrassing bridal shower games… lol

    My bridal shower was at 15th Street Fisheries, and it was gorgeous! I had it in a private room overlooking the water, and everything was beautiful. Plus, the food was delicious!

    What do you think about wine tasting? I went to a few but they seem too small for 30 people. I thought it was a unique idea... any other unique ideas?
