I was on a very tight budget for my wedding that was on April 10th and did tons of research on photographers and got prices from everyone. I got Francisco's pricing and was shocked to see how good his prices were. He did not charge by the hour but by the package. We emailed back and forth and then meet in person so he could show us his portfolio. The pictures looked great. My husband and I were very impressed. So we signed the contract and sent in a deposit. Everything was going great. The day of the wedding he showed up to where I was getting ready and took pictures of all of us getting our hair and make-up done and then group pictures once everyone was dressed. At the ceremony and reception he was taking pictures. I would look at him at times and would see him on his phone responding back to a text message. He was always looking at his phone and then once the wedding was over he was in such a hurry to leave that he couldn't wait for my father to walk out to the car to get the check for his remaining balance and told me that we would get together the following week and he would give me my cd's and I could give him the check then. So I waited to hear back from him that week and finally got an email on the following Friday saying that he was going out of town for a couple of days and asked if I could send him the check and once his wife received it she would mail me the cd's. The check was cleared on April 21st and I am still waiting on my cd's. I have left him voicemails and sent him emails and have not received a response. I am now persuing legal action against him. Don't make the mistake that I made. Now I only have the pictures that our family and friends took of our wedding. Luckily my husbands cousin took some video of the ceremony and reception so we will have those memories to look back on.
