Need Miami area photo help, Knotties!

Hey Knotties,
I need your expertise. I’m looking for the best place to take photos in the Miami area. This can be wedding or engagement photos. Also, tell me why. Does the place have great lighting? Filled with nature? Modern buildings? What makes it unique to where you live and why would someone want to take wedding-related photos there? I’ll be using your Knot name, btw.
Thanks in advance!

Lincoln Road, is one of the best places on South Beach to take those candid engagement photos, it has the backdrop of the restaurants, the sidewalk shops, the tourist, and the South Beach ambiance. It gives you the real feel of Miami.

Viscaya - Hands down the most historic and romantic place in Miami.  It contains an Italian Renissance style villa, gardens and a museum.  It is unique because it is one of the oldest (built in the early 1900's) and most famous residences in Miami.

There are lovely places like viscaya all over miami.  My venue Villa Woodbine has some nice spots and I love the Pinecrest Gardens (formally the "old" Parrot Jungle) for photos~ beautiful backdrop of the gardens

Deering Estate is beautiful!  You can get ocean shots and wonderfully greenery shots there.  I also agree with Pinecrest Gardens. I think a lot of people who aren't from the area don't know that much about it, but there are so many wonderful places there for gorgeous pics.  I actually did mine at Christ the King Lutheran across the street.  Thats the church that I grew up going to and where my ceremony will be taking place. I just reviewed my engagement proofs today and the ones taken by the canal there turned out wonderfully.

We did our pictures at Las Olas and Riverfront in Ft. Lauderdale. It was a bit of a drive for us, but our pictures came out great....also to the credit of Limelight Photography :)

We also looked at Vizcaya, because it is so beautiful, but BEWARE, when you decide to take professional photographers in there, they charge you much more than just for your tickets into the place and they have specific rules. Check it out and call before you go!
