As all of you have seen, my DH and I are expecting a little one. We recently moved to NC and now I am thinking we made a huge mistake! I talked to my brother and he is going to try and buy a townhouse in Jupiter and rent it to us (hes big into property mangement and rental properties). Hes a little worried about getting another mortgage since he already has 6. He could do it so it would be affordable rent since neither one of us has jobs and I would like to stay home with the baby atleast for awhile. I need vibes that he gets it so that we can come back to FL. SInce my DH is gone 6 months a year I need family since I have NO CLUE how to be a mom! Thanks ladies xoxo!
