Chez Gourmet vs Eggwhites Catering?

Hola chicas! Has anyone ever used or been to a wedding where Chez Gourmet or Eggwhites Catering did the food? They both came up with pretty good packages it seems, but I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them

I went to the food and wine festival about two years ago and eggwgites catering was there and I have to say their food was amazing and so was their presentation.... There booth was always surrounded. I have never been to an event they have completely catered but I did try some of their food and I thought it was great... Maybe you should ask both of them if you could attend one of their events and try their food and see their presentation.

Exciting times ahead of you. I have seen both of them in action( I have been shopping a great caterer for the past 3 months). I had my appointments with both of them ( my wedding location is Viscaya), as well as Chef Felix at Alexander Event. Just when I thought I had my heart set on Chef Gary, I fell in love with chef Felix. He is amazing, gave me the exact menu I wanted and he came in a lot cheaper than the other 2 guys.
