Hi Ladies, 

Everyone on this board has such amazing & realistic ideas...I need help with BM gifts. 

What are you giving/did you give? What was the best BM gift you ever received? What would you want if you were a BM? What would you not want?

I know there is some debate on giving jewelry as a gift to your BMs since you are basically requiring them to wear it the day of the wedding, but I'm giving them the jewelry and personalized hangers for their dresses. I may do some monogrammed extras if I can squeeze it in the budget.

So far I have bought a Miami Beach tote to put the stuff in, monogrammed spa slippers, a cosmetic case I put their initials on in rhinestones, a little luggae tag, a small candle from bath and body. I am thinking about doing a necklace that they can wear after. I will not force them to wear it on the wedding. umm thats all I got for now. I am thinking about the hangers also because I think they are so cute.

I would like some thing I would use. My friend and my sister both bought me a necklace, one I wore to the wedding the other I didnt but still wear them both.

This has been one of the more difficult things for me because I want to make sure the gifts are good enough to show our appreciation. I do not like giving everyone the same exact gift. Three of my BMs are in Florida and traveling to Boston for the wedding. I'm getting them each a canvas bag and filling it with flip flops (each different ones) that they can wear at the reception but also for every day, a unique piece of jewelry from Etsy (again, each girl gets a different piece of jewelry), and travel size foot, hand & body lotions from Bath & Body Works that match aspects of our wedding (got a Groupon for their on-line store!). One of my other BMs is a cousin from Norway who is getting married one week before us and is honeymooning in Florida after our wedding. We're thinking of getting her a Disney gift certificate. Then 2 other BMs are FI's friends so he has to help me with that.

I got my girls personalized totes to put all their things in. BM tanks that they can wear for the bach. party and while we get ready on the day of, personalized necklaces for the day of, bouquet charms, keychains, pins... I know I have other things but I can't remember it all now.
