-->>> Any advice? Weight Loss? Bridal Bootcamp? <<<--

Just wanted to know if you had anything to share with me.  I'm trying to drop a good 15-20 pounds from now until our wedding in September and I have NEVER been on a diet OR even in the gym....so any advice/recommendations are GREATLY appreciated!!! TIA!

I count my calories on my phone through livestrong and I also joined a local bootcamp class so I would be forced to workout. I think the trick with exercise is finding something you like to do so it doesn't seem like such a chore

A workout buddy is a must for me! If I don't have someone to work out with, I just talk myself out of doing it! Portion control is a huge thing, so just really focus on that and including veggies and cutting starches and I'm sure you'll notice a difference right away, most people do.

It's hard to do especially if you are not familar withworking out BUT you can do it.  INSANITY...I do the DVDS 3 times a week and I have a friend that never worked out and she has lost about 40lbs in a year.

I think it's important to figure out what works best for you. I'm a very active person, and counting calories doesn't work very well for me. What works well for me if I want to tone up is to push my cardio workouts to be a little more intense than is typical, and to add weight-training. Other people would rather diet than exercise though, so this is just what works best for me.
