I helped my HS friend plan her wedding recently and Maloman blogged the wedding!

My friend is not on the knot, so here are a few quick reviews:
Church: Coral Gables Congregational Church: A+++ She said dealing with them was pretty smooth, and the ceremony went off without a hitch.

Great job. The centerpieces were exactly as she asked, along with the bouquets. The only thing is that he forgot a mirror for a table she asked for. But to his defense, he did offer to go get it.

Big issue with them! They showed up an hour late and delayed all the vendors, including the florist, because they were providing the tables and chairs. Everyone had to run around and things were still be set up while the guests were about to walk in! Super stressful. They also forgot a few linens she requested. Thankfully, Redfish came through and supplied their own linens.

Omg...amazing experience with these people. The staff was just incredible and just on point at all times. For a restaurant, they are incredibly well trained, and serviceable. They seriously helped with linens, menus...way more than they were suppose to. I do have to say the owner was a bit of a pain sometimes, but only because he's very anal and protective of the restaurant, which is understanable. I would highly reccomend this venue...outstanding service.
One more thing to note about Redfish: Please beware when considering this venue that the bathrooms are public beach bathrooms next to the restaurant. The restaurant does not have their own bathroom on premises. It's close, but they're are def. icky! However, small price to pay for a ridiculously beautiful beach side reception.

The lighting and draping was beautiful. They had hanging lanterns, uplighting and draping and it looked amazing! Everyone who works at Redfish said that they had never seen it look so beautiful. This team was on time, and one of them stayed all night to troubleshoot with the lights, and breakdown.

Giselle and all the bridesmaids looked outstanding, but I can personally vouch for Nicole as she did all my BM's hair, too, and she always does an amazing job. Punctual, too!
