Bridal Shower Host gifts

Hi ladies,

My bachelorette/ bridal shower weekend takes place over July 4th weekend because I live in Houston, the wedding is in Miami and the my girls are all over the country.  Anyway my sister (Matron of Honor) is in charge of the Bachelorette events.  My Maid of Honor is in charge of the Bridal shower. What do you think are appropriate gifts to give them at the end of the weekend?

Also, another friend of mine is letting us use her house to have the shower.  Do I need to get her something too?

AHHH, I love gift giving but its starting to become super expensive!!!

    Honestly, it depends on what they like. Just ask their other halfs (if they have one) what they've been wanting or would like. Can't really give you an answer because I don't know them.

    I would say yes to the gift for the friend who's letting you use her house. It doesn't have to be a big exspensive gift. Maybe she likes wine, get her a nice bottle of wine. HTH!

    Like pp stated, just get them something tailored to their tastes.

    And yes, I would say you do need to get a gift for the girl letting you use her home.

    I agree with PP. If they like wine, you can get them each a nice bottle of wine.

    I sent a flower arrangement to the house the day before my shower to say thanks.  It was used as a centerpiece for where the food was laid out.
