    I did an hour of a body sculpting class. Then got home and had rum raisin Haagen Dazs. My prize, lol.

    Yay for workouts Lynn and Jen

    I twisted my ankle so the pain prevented me from going to zumba and pilates class today :( at least I did belly dancing yesterday!

    crossfit 305...

    warmup: 3 rounds of 15 squats, 10 pushups. then 120 times of jumproping

    the work out of the day: 3 rounds of 15 jump pushups with a 24"box, 10 overheard presses with 15 lb dumbells and 7 box jumps on a 22" box.

    lastly- jumproping for 8 minutes! ...around 200 or so.

    I ran around with 10 toddlers for 6 hours at work, but i started my diet on monday and have lost 3lbs! wooohoo...

    OMG Jen, that's crossfit regime is insane! I know someone who's opening one up in broward very soon.

    i found, Comcast onDemand - ExerciseTV which has a bunch of different exercise videos from Jillian Michaels and others.. and its FREE! so i did one of those :)
    they are great!

    20 minutes running on treadmill (i do 3 minute runs 2 minute walk)
    50 minutes of a work out video

    Yes im trying to really push myself i thought i was going to die! LOL Im VERY out of shape hahahahaha

    I LOVE this thread!  Great job, fellow Knotties :)  I was just thinking that I don't feel like going to the gym today but now that I see that you all have been working hard, I'm now motivated.  YAY YOU!!
