Hi! I saw your post about the Hillcrest Tasting. I'm also a Hillcrest Bride (4/30/2011) and attended the event last night as well. I don't know about you...but there is not one time that I have gone to the venue that I don't fall in love with the place ALL OVER AGAIN!
I saw in a previous post that you chose the Chicken Rollatini.
I really liked the Chicken with apple stuffing and rum raisin glaze...it had great flavor.
I would love to know if you had any specific notes that you plan on spekaing to Carol about during your details appointment.

    Last night just made me want to have the wedding sooner! I love the place and my jaw dropped when I saw the HUGE ballroom. I love love the people and the place. I liked the chicken with rum raisin. However, FI loved loved the Rollanti and I did too. But yeah, email me and we can talk. :)
