My FI and I moved to NYC for him to complete a 2 year educational program. Before moving, I was an elementary guidance counselor. I didn't anticipate the job market continuing to be this bad when we were ready to move back. However, we're moving back to FL this summer and I'd imagine job prospects are slim. I've been working for NYS DOL as an employment counselor, which I think has prepared me to work in a high school as well. I'm certified K-12. If you hear of the guidance counselor at your school leaving, can you please let me know!!!
