Dessert question

We are thinking about doing a cup cake tower instead of a cake with a dessert bar. We are also doing a candy bar as favors and our food is station style. Obviously we are pretty casual, but I'm starting to feel like we are making our guests work for their food! Does it seem that way or is it just me?

I don't think anyone minds moving to get a little sugar! I prefer to be served my food at weddings (rather than getting it myself), but I don't expect it by any means. (And, our wedding is buffet-style due to budget constraints!) I wouldn't worry too much about "making them work." They'll be having a great time celebrating you and FI!

I think it is fine, it gets people out of their seats.

I agree with the girls. Most people won't mind. I think after sitting for so long, they would love for a reason to get up.

I wouldn't mind at all! And, I don't think your guests will either. Don't sweat it.
