Florist appointment

For those who meet with florist already – how long did your appointment go?  I’m trying to set up multiple appointments on the same day but not sure how much time I should allow for the appointment.  Is an hour too long? TIA

Yeah I think mine went from like 45-1 hr. long. They have to go over each detail, ceremony details and reception and bridal party then go over your budget and pricing. Also mine made me a little bouquet mock up on the first appointment. I had fun that day. Enjoy it!

About an hour for me too

Well mine was pretty lengthy, if I am correct it took over an hour. I must agree with Vans, you talk about every single detail. So that is why it took so long. My suggestion and I think it really worked well for us was that I created a list of what I wanted and had sub categories, like personal, ceremony, reception etc. I Also mentioned what flowers I wanted to use and printed 2 copies, one of them was for me and the other was for the florist so he could write what he wanted and break down of prices etc. Every single florist LOVED that I did that. I think it makes life easier for both :) Then you can go home and compare each florist and their breakdown. HTH! GL! Have lots of fun :)
