Experience with The Hacienda/Tivoli Terrace/Tivoli Too?

So I've been engaged for quite awhile (since March 2009), but am fairly new to L.A. and brand new to wedding planning! I have to preface my question by saying that I don't care about the little details of a wedding and am the kind of person who gets stressed out just talking to people about wedding planning. Embarassed I do know that I would like an outdoor ceremony and would prefer a combo ceremony/reception space that has pretty indoor and outdoor areas. Alcohol must be allowed and a dance floor would be nice. I anticipate around 75 guests. My total budget is $10,000 and I would like to spend less if possible.

Thus far, The Hacienda/Tivoli Terrace/Tivoli Too seem like my best options based on photos, reviews, and pricing for packages. I'm just wondering if anyone has had or attended a wedding at any of these venues and what your thoughts are?
Also, do people have other suggestions for a relatively inexpensive location in the L.A. area that might fit the bill? If it helps at all, my dream wedding location is basically what my brother had, at The Mountain Terrace (http://themountainterrace.com); I would love to find an affordable place like this in the Southern California area! Thanks in advance for any advice! :)
