We’re looking for couples in the Greater Toronto Area who are getting married this summer, or within the next year or two. In Law Weddings is a brand new show for the Slice network. We take one real-life couple whose lives are too busy and hectic for planning a wedding, along with two mother in laws who are feisty and energetic and put them together with our World Class Wedding Planner. The couple not only gets a free wedding planner, but thousands of dollars in discounts as well.
The aim of the show is to see all our couples have the wedding day of their dreams. But the process is a little unusual. Instead of the bride and groom making all the big decisions, we’re handing over control to the moms!
From the dress to the venue, the cake to the car, the moms make every decision and organize every aspect of the big day, overseen by a World Class professional Wedding Planner. All that’s left to the happy couple is to show up on time and enjoy themselves.
