After reading all the engagement stories, and looking at DIY projects and dreaming about honeymoons on hear for the past few months, I can finally post as a true bride-to-be!! And it feels pretty good.
My now FI proposed on Saturday 11/19 at Hotel Hershey. I kind of had a feeling it would be that weekend. He sent me flowers at work the day before with clues in it including "Join me for a weekend of surprises at the Sweestest Place on Earth" which is Hershey, PA's town logo.
We went to the swanky Hotel Hershey and had an amazing dinner. Back in our room was a bottle of wine and a spread of desserts. He knows I'm a dessert/chocolate junkie! I was all into their chocolate sticks (haha) and he started to cry and got down one knee.... I was so excited I forgot to put the ring on for a good half hour!
I can't wait to marry my best friend, and to plan our amazing wedding. I hope to be awesome wife someday!!
