    I just saw an ad and I think it was Dollar General that has them. I've also seen them at Michael's Craft stores.  I would also check Big Lots as well.

    Sorry I might be a little late on this but I just saw that Michaels has their chargers red, sliver and gold for $0.99 today only.

    Hobby Lobby has had them for $1.99. http://shop.hobbylobby.com/products/plate-charger/ unfortunately it says its excluded from discounted shipping. i've seen them at the store. Maybe you can order in bulk directly from the store.

    I was able to get 144 (that was the number I needed) silver with beading trim chargers at Bed, Bath, and Beyond on clearance for $0.49....yes that's right 49 cents!!  Check with them, they may not have the total number in the store you need but they can get them from other stores, because that was what I had to do. Hope this helps!!
