Cheap Flip Flops - Do you want to do this together?

So I found a place that sells wholesale flip flops for $0.98 per pair. The only downside is that it only sells by the case (144 pairs of flip flops) - I don't need that many pairs. Is anyone interested in buying them together? Below are some specs:

The sizes are Small (5/6), Medium (7/8), Large (9/10), X large (11)
They are provided in a 2:5:4:1 ratio
Solid colors: light pink, fuchsia, purple, yellow, green, turquoise, white, brown, black, gray.
Color breakdown is each color per dozen (except for black and white - those have 2 dozens each)

I would only need the light pink (or if I must, the light pink and yellow)...

Before you go and do that, can I suggest Hobby Lobby?  Their flip flops go on sale every few weeks or so and if you talk to the manager about buying in bulk, they might even cut you a deal for your wedding.  Also, if they are out of stock, they can order you more with a raincheck at the sale price... couldn't hurt to check them out.

(I used to work there and they are really good about working with people).

I used to work with Edgar and Lacey..they are at the Beach/San Pablo location and they are AWESOME.  (if the same manager is at the Mandarin one, I wouldnt go there... he's NOT nice... that's why I quit)

I plan to catch Old Navy when they have their dollar flip flop sale. I missed the last one because I was working. Thanks for the offer.

Lissy, this might be a really dumb question. What is Hobby Lobby? You have referenced it twice... I moved into the area 6 months ago and where I was, we didn't have it. All we have around was Michael's. Is it something of the same sorts?

Yes, Hobby Lobby is like a Michaels... but Better!!  there are 3 in Jax and 1 in St. Augustine.

In Jax, there is Regency, Beaches, and Mandarin.  Every few weeks their bridal stuff goes on sale too.

Try to check one of their stores out, I guarantee you'll find Something you never knew you needed until you saw it!

honestly this seems like a big waste of money. how many pairs do you need? i'd rather spend a few dollars extra on a pair of nice flip flops than have a lot left over b/c it was a good deal!

can i ask what you're using it for?

I  have to agree that initially it seems like a big waste of money.  the flip flop idea crossed my mind briefly, but then I thought about it and my ceremony (on the beach) is going to be about 15 minutes long and it's really pointless to add that to the mix... for me.

however, we don't know what your vision is for these flip flops soo how many do you really need, especially when you're only getting them in pink.

I was thinking to provide it for guests during dancing. That way, anyone who is getting uncomfortable in heels can change...

How many would you need? I might be interested. The colors you need, I don't. I have been to a few weddings that had this and were a HUGE hit. Plus we are both October brides.

Will you be at the knottie meet up? Maybe we can discuss further there.
