Old, New, Borrowed, and Blue...What's yours?

I know it may seem like a silly tradition, but I was wondering how many of you are doing it. And if so, what are you using for each? I need some ideas.
Me: 33 DH: 36 History of left ovarian pain and cysts. Laporoscopy in 1999 and 2001 showed possible cysts and minor adhesions. TTC since May 2011. Day 3: TSH 1.60mIU/L FSH 6.8mIU/mL Estradiol 46 pg/mL Day 10: FSH 5.3mIU/mL Sperm motility and morph 80% (Normal). HSG on 3/23/12 shows bilateral mid-tubal obstructions. Laparoscopy 5/22/12 revealed 100% bilateral obstruction, IVF only option to conceive.

    Old: Necklace my mom gave me when I was 16 wrapped around my bouquet.
    New: Dress, shoes, etc.
    Borrowed: My friend gave me a garter, but I forgot to wear it.
    Blue: Underwear

    I am doing it, I dont know for sure. In the greek church you have all of your female friends that arent married yet you put it on a ribbon and attach it to the back of your train and it symbolizes that they follow you down the asle one day. I was thinking about writing their names in blue, just a cute lil touch.

    Blue: A blue topaz necklace H got me for the wedding
    Old & Borrowed: a ring that belonged to H's grandmother's aunt...
    New: Everything else :)

    Old - I'm stuffing the receit from our first date in my boquet
    New - Dress, Veil, Shoes, Jewelry
    Borrowed - Tiara
    Blue - panties

    OLD: my necklace will be a strand of pearls that were my grandmothers (she passed away a few years ago)
    NEW: dress, veil, some jewelry
    BORROWED: a cocktail ring that i will be borrowing from my mother (also my grandmothers)
    BLUE: my florida gator garter and panties

    Old: Vintage handkerchief with my new last initial embroidered given to me by my MIL.

    New: Dress.  Shoes.  

    Borrowed: Six Pence given to my sister on her wedding day from our late Granny.

    Blue: I ordered a wedding dress label in blue embroidery and my DH gave me an aquamarine bracelet as my wedding day gift.

    Old: My great great grandmother's broach pinned to a ribbon on my bouquet
    Borrowed: My tiara, first worn in my second cousin's wedding
    Blue: A blue topaz ring I earned for my 5-year anniversary at my job
    New: Pretty much everything else :)
