Reputable Seamstress??

I'm looking for a really good seamstress who is experienced with higher end wedding gowns.  I'm getting married in the Lake Forest area, but I bought my gown in NYC and its being shippped out here, where I'll have to get it fitted.  I have no idea where to find a seamstress and do not want to mess this up because my parents REALLY splurged on my dress.  If anyone has suggestions either near Chicago or Lake Forest area, that would be super helpful!!!!
Thanks!

    Hi Ellen,
I used Sue's Bridal Alterations in Naperville. Sue is a perfectionist. She is an amazing seamstress. She did BEAUTIFUL work on my gown. I wanted a sweep train and she created it without having to cut the entire train off.

This was and Allure Coture gown, she had to hem 6 layers of satin, tulle and lace.

I highly recommend her, she has great reviews here. She doesn't have a website, but if you google her, she has many great reviews there.  She is probaly the most recommended here besides Mary Catomy.

    Good Luck!

Here's the beautiful train she created with an elaborate bustle technique that took 2 hours (with me in the dress) for her to design. The train was scalloped and each and every scallop matched.

You can't really see the train here but it was long chapel length. This is after the hem was done in the front. She did not cut the train at all, she removed the lace and lifted the hem. I also had her sew in some lace to the cleavage area after this fitting as it was still a bit boobilicious for me.

Here's the sweep train after it was done. I kept the dress this way the entire day and night. It basically is a bustle.

Here's the side view. Not one button showed. She used all covered buttons with loops, it stayed in tight all night long.

Here's a good pic of the bodice:
