NWR: Loft/Warehouse Venues

In everyone's venue search, have any of you come across a space that is essentially a blank slate and would fit 250-300 people? Friends of mine are trying to put together a Halloween party and want to be able to decorate as they see fit. We would like it to be in the city, but not partial as to what part.Any ideas? TIA

I would suggest the Ravenswood Billboard Factory or Architecutal Artifacts.

You may want to look at Prairie Productions in the West Loop. It only seats up to 200 but I imagine it would fit 250-300 with a party set up.
