over the last two years i have been stalking the knot, i have seen some very nice pictures from that company and at the same time i have heard a handful of brides write unsatisfactory vendor reviews after their wedding about that studio. if you search on google and type the company and theknot you can see a lot of the reviews from the boards. i love so much of the photography from them. i think most of the complaints are not about the photos but the actual contract but i am not working with them so i am not 100% sure.

We booked them for our Jan 23 wedding.  Here is a link to our engagement photos:http://www.pictage.com/client/event.do?event=562651So far we've been really happy.  We decided to go with them because a few of my friends used them and were really satisfied.  The only complaint that one of them had is that getting the albums took a pretty long time, but she said that the pictures turned out great.

We are using them for our Oct 9,2010 wedding. We love them! Haven't had any compliants yet.  We found out about them b/c one of my girlfriends used them for her wedding and her pictures turned out great. She didnt have any compliants either. They are doing alot of promotions right now b/c they were choosen to do WGN's Dream Wedding. I haven't heard one bad word about them. Good luck!!

We were the guest to a wedding they did. I would say if you want your traditional type of photographs go with them, they did a decent job for the cost. I work as a photographer and it was your average, look in the camera and smile here, now move over here and smile. But they did a pretty good job knowing about lighting, although I'm sure it depends on who you get.

i was a guest at a wedding on Sunday and they were there. i agree with the above poster they seem very good at posing people for the traditional kind of photos. they had two photographers and my fiance smokes and he was talking to both photographers outside while he was having a cigarette break. i was shocked to know that both photographers were outside smoking though during work so I told my friend who was the bride.

We sat for about an hour with someone, who let us view different photographers portifilos on dvd. I was impressed, we got to choose which photographer we liked most, someone who did more traditional, someone who did more photo journelistic shots, very wide variety of photographers to choose from.
