Seamstress in Addison, IL - Rosa?

My mother was told by a client that there is a fabulous dressmaker in Addison named Rosa who is off of lake street. I can't seem to track this person down. Any idea who this might be? Thanks!

I grew up in Addison I've never heard of her - which doesn't necessarily mean she doesn't exist. I do know of a Rose in Addison who owns the bridal shop "Here Comes the Bride", which is where I got my dress. She's nice to work with, but I don't think she actually makes dresses. Anyways, worth looking into. GL!
