Dress Shops

My mom, second mom, and two best friends have decided that they are going to come visit me next weekend so we can go dress shopping. Does anyone have any suggestions for dress shops around Joliet? Thanks!

The Crystal Bride in Geneva, IL is not too far and is AMAZING! Make an appt with Chante-she's pretty amazing!

I bought my Pronovias gown from Eva's in Orland Park (great selection, helpful sales associate). It is a larger store, though, with a huge room filled with racks of gowns.  I'd be prepared to be overwhelmed by the sheer number of gowns, and go in with an idea/pictures in mind of gowns you might like to see.  There's also a little boutique bridal shop in Tinley called Le Spose di Angela that's great-- beautiful stuff and excellent one-on-one service.  I live in the area (New Lenox), and would think that shopping those two places would make for an easy, enjoyable day of travel/lunching/trying gowns (good proximity to all of the eateries on LaGrange, Harlem, etc.).  I also recommend ending your day with a nice dinner and wine at Cooper's Hawk, but that's just me!

</div><div>I will absolutely and unequivocally second this - they have a great selection (bridal and bridesmaids), really reasonable prices, and Chante is FABULOUS!  It's worth the drive, and downtown Geneva has a bunch of cute places to have lunch.  (Try Fiora's or Wildwood for nicer/upscale or Stockholm's for casual.)
