Anyway- I used Modern Image and we were really happy with them. We met with Kelly at the Chicago office and she covered all the standard bases everyone's mentioning. One thing you can ask about though is selecting your photographer. You can see portfolios from the different photographers and work photographer selection into your package if you want.
DH and I originally wanted an independent photographer. However, we were ultimately won over by all that a studio could offer us (and within our budget), including a guaranteed back-up in case of emergency. The photographer selection sealed the deal for us.
