Has Anyone Used Jolie Images?

(cross posting in the Indiana board)

http://jolieimages.com/index.php

I was wondering if anyone has used them for their photography. I really like them, but people are telling me to be "wary" because of the low price.

Also, my mother is freaking out on me because they don't give me (the bride) a set of photos included in the package. I thought that was normal? Don't you normally buy them sepparate or am I mistaken?

The wedding photos is very important to me, so I want to make sure I do it right.

Run a quick search for Jolie in the search function and you'll find a few reviews for it.  Ive seen some good reviews for it.

I agree with you about the mom freaking out part -- nowadays photographers dont seem to include photos, you have to purchase them separately.  In order for my mom to believe that I told her to do research on her own and if she finds a photographer in my price range that includes photos, i'd book him! lol!!  She didnt find any!  Good luck!

Haven't used Jolie images...but i did use george street and I got all my digital negatives on cds with permission to print them wherever and whenever I want.  I got the photo package, an upgraded album, 2 parents albums and 10 hours of photography for under 2K.  I can show my pics if you want

I didn't use Jolie...and I agree to be wary of a TOO low price, but there are great deals out there and Jolie might be one of them.

I used Erica Rose (http://www.erosephoto.com) and she was amazing! Couldn't have ever dreamed that my photos would be so wonderful. The disc of all edited photos was included...

I'm actually going to meet with them this saturday. so far i've met with Modern Images, Geore Street and Essence. My fave so far is Modern Images. I liked Geore Street, but felt they were kinda pricy and didnt offer a free engagemetn session like many other vendors out there. Still shopping :) check out weddingwire.com and projectwedding.com for vendor reviews - def helped me!
    best of luck to you

I booked with Jolie Images, but we went with the package that includes a photo album full of pictures of your choices PLUS all the digitals so your family does NOT have to buy from them.  With having all the digitals, you can order as many times you want of any pictures with whomever you want ~ it's so much cheaper that way.  You can even have them printed from Walgreens plus you can download them on your computer.
