Anyone else getting bombarded with PMs?

Hey Girls,

Are ya'll getting LOTS of PMs from vendors? I received two yesterday from Wedding Coordinators (who have never ever had a post but have been members for YEARS) !!! That prompted my nastygram message to a new Knottie (I apologized to her) because I made a wrong assumption and looked like a beeyatch. 

I'm just really annoyed with all of these vendors emailing me out of the blue. Today I received 3 of them; two for makeup and hair and one for chair cover rentals. None of these users had any posts, and like the WC's, they've been on these boards for YEARS! I'm just really annoyed with it. I just reply to them and tell them the boards are for brides-to-be and to not solicit me with their services. As Rhodesign told me, if we want to refer someone we know, we can PM other Knotties, but this doesn't apply to VENDORS posing as B2B.

And, I still hate the slowness of these boards!

I'm with you on the speed of the boards. Haven't been getting PM spam, but I do get tons on my wedding email address. Having a separate account for wedding stuff helps a ton because I don't care if it gets spam.

I've gotten no spam PMs.  Strange.
The slowness sucks, but Firefox makes it a lot more tolerable!

I haven't gotten PMs either...but yes the spam mail and phone calls have gotten a little crazy!

No spam PMs here either. Apparently the vendors just reeaaally like you.

Well that sucks!! Does anyone else have this problem? Report them all to knot annie--she can ban them. I can only ban if I see the post myself.
