We ended up making too many palm fans for our destination wedding ceremony. Our colors were teal and similiar to a lime green. I can email you photos of the palm fans we made that are leftover. Basically ribbon of either color wrapped around the handle and secured with a hotgun.

We have 8 with the teal ribbon and of with the18 lime green ribbon.
You can remove the ribbon and add your own colors.
