I had a bad experience with them, and a new employee sent me an e-mail I was not supposed to get.  It was all around bad business practice.  As with any small company, your employees are everything, and unfortunately I had a bad experience with ones here.

The owner, however, really did do everything in his power to remedy the situation, and I believe that my experience was an exception.  I am so glad I brought it to his attention and waitied to speak with him until he was back from vacation.

    Wow, that is inexcusible!!

    Did you call them out on being sent the "wrong" paragraph?  I seriously would demand a partial refund or report to the BBB

    I did send the e-mail back to them, and a woman called and apologized, and told me she felt really bad and didn't want to lose her job.  She told me she wanted to pretend like the e-mail "never happened".

    Then a manager called me and left me a voicemail saying the woman had broken down and told him what happened and I can call him back if I want to talk to him.

    I have not yet had time to call him back - slammed with work - but I plan to.

    Wow!  Thank you so much for this.  We are still undecided on the whole trolley/limo rental thing, but I'll make sure to NOT book them if we do go with someone.

    I have an update on this - The owner, Thomas called me.  He had been on vacation when I received the above e-mail (which was verified by the other employees I had talked to), and actually had me re-forward it to him to an e-mail separate from the one you use for the company so that he would make sure it did not get deleted.

    He gave me a partial refund, and gave me the real answers for the problems I had on my wedding day.  One of the tubes from the new AC unit was not connected in the install, hence the excess water, etc.  He apologized up and down, and didn't make excuses for the issues. 

    He was shocked I received the e-mail.

    I honestly believe him, and wanted to say that despite my bad experience, the company is being run by a good, honest person.  He made me believe that my experience was the exception and not the rule. 

    So that should complete my review on this company!
