I'm looking for a caterer who can accommodate the specific needs of our VERY traditional families who are insistent on making the dishes for my wedding. They don't understand that our reception hall will not allow us to bring in our own food. Has anyone ever had to deal with something like this? We are Vietnamese and Laotian who grew up in the U.S. and if anyone has ever had to deal with overly traditional families who haven't moved on with the times yet, please help!
