Where to get maps/brochures for OOT bags?

Hey everyone,
Any ideas on where to get maps/brochures on downtown Chicago for free? I tried 877 Chicago and they gave me a link to purchase these choose Chicago books. They are free but shipping and handling fee is kind of high. Just wondering if anyone has any other ideas. Thanks!!!

Try the Cultural Center downtown (Randolph and Michigan).  They have tons of maps, brochures, and tour info.

I have gotten them from CTA train stops.  They have a great one that shows all of the downtown public transportation and also shows landmark locations and hotels.  I've seen them at the Belmont train stop as well as the Quincy stop.  (I'm sure they're at other places, those just happen to be my stops!)

Ditto on the Cultural Center; that's where I got mine.  They have a wide assortment of brochures and maps.

OK - I just went to the Cultural Center at lunch time...WOW!  They have a ton of stuff.  I felt a little guilty taking more than the allotted "3 per person," so I tried to limit it to 10.  I'll have to go back at least one more time.

Ditto on the Cultural Center, but if you just ask they'll give you a bunch so you don't have to smuggle them out! :)
