Recommend your Chicago-area invitation vendors

Hello Ladies,

I am looking for some recommendations for vendors for wedding invites.  Long story short, my sister just moved to Chicago, and although I am planning her wedding in New York, it would be much easier for her to meet with vendors and order her invites in Chicago.  Any and all suggestions would be most appreciated!

    I recommend my printer, Starshaped Press (based in Chicago) and also another printer who did my maps, Evanston Print & Paper Shop (based in nearby Evanston). 

    Starshaped will be at the DIYODS show April 17th in Logan Square (see my previous post for more info) and coincidentally Evanston Print and Paper Shop is having their Spring Open house this weekend at their studio.

    She creates custom designs as well as modifies existing templates if you wish. She's really good and very organized as far as the process goes. LOVE my invites and have gotten tons of compliments so far!

      I have a friend who helped me design my own invitations and she printed them and put them together for me and they are beautiful!  I've gotten a lot of compliments and they far exceeded my expectations.  If you're interested in working with her to design your own invitations, please feel free to email me for her contact info.  She is in Schaumburg.

    Check out Bliss Papers. She is local, but works out of her house and will meet you wherever. She just did invitaitons for a bridal shower I hosted, but I saw some of her wedding work -- stunning and affordable!!
