First Dance Lessons in Chicago

Hello!

My fiance and I want to take dance lesson for our first dance so we don't get out there and junior high side-step! Anyone have any recommendations of places that taught them their first dance? We live in Old Town so anywhere near there would be great. Also, how far out did you start practicing?

    We used Kelly at Chicago Dance in River North.  We had previously taken swing lessons there with her as our instructor so we only took 4 lessons starting two months beforehand, but I know they have package deals.

    I would also look into Fred Astaire dance studios, I know they do a lot of this type of thing! Good luck!
